This residential project, situated in the quiet lanes of Pali Hill, has a plot size under 1000 sq m. The design brief called for a selection of exclusive luxury apartments along with an iconic facade design, creating a unique landmark. A stand-alone double height glass volume in the podium floor establishes a striking entrance into the structure. Given the compact plot size & an aviation height restriction, consuming the available FSI was challenging while adhering to the brief. A mechanical car parking system has been integrated into the basement, which reduces the excavation depth, as opposed to conventional parking.
