This residential project is located right next to the Western Express Highway, in Kalanagar, Bandra East. The design brief required a mix of comfortable apartments of varying sizes, along with amenities on the podium. The main challenge was to consume the available FSI within 70 mts, while ensuring the various requirements of the brief are met & parking is provided only on podium levels. By maximising efficiency and functionality of the design, we achieved all these objectives, while avoiding basement floors.
