This residential development, located in the vibrant centre of Mumbai, encompasses a plot area of 4,400 square meters. The design requirements emphasized the creation of a collection of high-end luxury apartments, complemented by a distinctive art deco façade that aims to establish a memorable landmark within the urban landscape. However, the constraints imposed by the plot’s dimensions and shape presented challenges in maximizing the available Floor Space Index (FSI), all while conforming to the stipulated parameters of a sale component reaching 180 meters, a rehabilitation component limited to under 70 meters, and the inclusion of public parking facilities as per the prescribed guidelines.
