This corporate office for Indiabulls is strategically located on a 150m wide highway between new Delhi and Gurugram. The site itself was challenging considering a large portion of the land was unavailable due to the setback for the service road. The 180m high tower maximizes the presence on the major axis road, besides being a beacon for Indiabulls who have a large volume of estate around it. The tower itself has a 60ft high entrance lobby and customized office floors above. The development is a sustainable one, imbibing all the good practices of conservation, use of recycled material and efficiency in building design.
