Our brief has been to conceptualize a building that offers true bungalow style living in every way—large living spaces, inside-outside, seamlessness, fluidity of movement and utmost privacy and security.Leveraging the natural contour of the site at Pali Hill, we have designed three quadplex ‘bungalows. Although technically housed within the same vertical stack, each of these three unique homes offer an authentic standalone ‘bungalow lifestyle. Large outside spaces—gardens, pools, driveways and decks are equally, if not more important in our design schematic. Seamless spatial flows and complete ingress/egress privacy for residents and guests are unique features of this new paradigm setting development.
