The project is a Commercial / IT Park, with offices of varying sizes along with amenities and a retail component. The site has road on 2 sides, which allows for improved vehicular circulation of the various blocks. The main frontage is used for pedestrian access to the pixelated retail component, which blends with the landscape and also provides access to the podium. The landscaped podium is designed free of vehicular traffic and forms a large plaza to provide retail / amenities in a sustainable environment, for the users.
