The Project is the redevelopment which rehouses the original residents along with new apartments for sale. The Challenge was to create a uniform development with adequate parking accessible with ramps, in an extremely compact site. This coupled with the brief to retain the building within the 70m for regulatory purposes, provided additional challenges to the design.
