One World Centre is a LEED “Gold” Certified Building.  One World Centre is a dramatic complex currently comprising of two towers, located strategically in Central Mumbai’s emerging Central Business District of Lower Parel. It is one of the first projects to be built on the Mill lands of Mumbai. The project is a commercial development and with its dynamic form and architecture integrates function and design to create a landmark amidst a fast developing Business District. One World Centre is spread across a plot of approximate 10 acres and comprises of 2 office towers mounted atop a vast podium. The two atriums/ entrance lobbies on the first floor form the entry points into the buildings which have their own food-courts, cafeterias and other aligned services. The office spaces within the towers are designed to be open and flexible with each office having its break out areas. The ground level also houses the various services which form the backbone of the complex. The Architecture of the building is a sustainable design which tries to conserve energy and other natural resources.
