This tower of 36 floors is approximately 150 meters tall and part of a larger office park development which consist of corporate offices and also a public parking facility. A grand double height entrance lobby, fully clad with natural stones offers exclusive aesthetics. The tower provides flexibility of office configuration from single office per floor to a maximum of 8 offices per floor. Two projecting masses on the east and west face rise above and are connected by the perforated crown feature giving a unique identity to the structure. The parking podiums are clad with aluminium perforated panels, which along with green planters provide a visual relief to the vertical mass. The building is designed to keep all sustainable aspects and intends to achieve “WELL” certification.
