Optimus is a redevelopment project which rehouses the original residences/shops and new saleble component. The challenge was to create a uniform development even-though apartment sizes vary from 900 sq.ft. To 6000 sq.ft. This coupled with the brief to retain building height within 70 mt. for regulatory purposes,provided additional challenge to the design.
